Return Policy
Effective Date: January 25th, 2025

At Houston Card Show, all sales are final except for card boxes.

Card boxes eligible for return must be in their original, unopened packaging and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only—we do not provide refunds to the original payment method.

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@htowncardshow.com with your order details. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Opened items, items not in their original condition, or returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
